Lockdown has changed my life in many ways, like everyone else. I am lucky that myself, my family and my friends are all safe, well and healthy.
I am a student nurse. My studies have turned into home learning and I wonder if I’m teaching myself enough? Do I know enough to pass my exams and meet my competencies?
I opted in for an extended placement, working full time in critical care, supporting our NHS and all the amazing staff.
The love, generosity, kindness and appreciation for all key workers is overwhelming. I hope this is something that is taken forward into the new normal.
It’s the little things that we take for granted, that really are the bigger things.
