I live in Pune. My parents live in Bhubaneshwar and my brother lives in Boston. During this lockdown, we decided to come together on a WhatsApp on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
I had sent my parents the Amazon firestick last year and thanks to Netflix and Amazon, we are able to share our recommendations with both of them. My parents have been married for 35 years. Their relationship has always been turbulent and after so many years the space between them now is mostly filled with a tense silence.
Even then, during the lockdown every evening they sit together to watch a movie or a series from 7.30 to 9.30 pm.
During the lockdown, I cooked a lot for myself, painted, assembled a 1500 pc puzzle and lost a friend to an accident.
Now, I feel that I can go through anything.
